At control PC we take the time to listen to each customer's individual
requirements. Whether you are in the know about PC's or are a complete
novice, we will listen to your requirements and help you to select a system
that suits your needs and budget.

Our products
At control PC we aim to provide our customers with well-built, reliable
PCs made with only the highest quality components.
Benefits: Many of the PCs bought from manufacturers and high
street stores that have been brought to us for repair are poorly laid
out and/or contain lower quality components - sometimes crucial items such
as the power supply unit which provides every component with power - no
doubt to cut costs and maximise profits. These problems can lead to system
instabilities, frequent crashes and at sometimes over-heating - leading
the life span of components' to be shortened.

How we configure your
system
We use a select group of specialist on-line retailers to configure and
price up our customised PCs. Our customers can choose from any site if
they have particular items in mind but we primarily deal with 3 or 4 reputable
sites for an extensive range of products and to minimise delivery costs.
Benefits: This effectively means that our customers have a very wide
range of items to choose from. Manufacturers and independent high street
PC stores often restrict customers to their own limited stock selections.

Our guarantee
We strive to provide an after sales service which is second to none
and, as such, our PCs come backed up with an excellent warranty system.
We include lifetime phone & email support* and a 3 year return to
base warranty (2 years parts and labour + additional 1 year labour
only) as standard. Beyond our standard 2 year parts warranty, we will
further implement any manufacturer warranties which may extend beyond
our own where appropriate (for example, some Graphics Cards and Memory
manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty, which we will honour) Remember,
we only use select manufacturers who all back up their high quality products
with excellent warranties. Unlike many of our competitors, the upgrading of components
inside your system, by anyone other than us, is completely acceptable.
As long as no accidental damage was caused during installation, the
rest of the system will still be covered by our warranty. * Calls will be charged at standard rate by your line
provider. Unfortunately, like any other PC company, we do
not guarantee against software incompatibilities as this is beyond our
control. However we will try help with any questions you have regarding
software problems, we are, at most, an email or phone call away.
Benefits: As our systems are custom built they can be upgraded
outside of the 5 year guarantee by anyone. PC manufacturers often use
their own components that only they can replace, in such cases the customer
must return the PC to the manufacturer to upgrade components and selection
is restricted. The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs.

Save up to £250!
Replacing an older PC? If we can still make use of any of the parts
such as the monitor, keyboard & mouse or any internals from your
old system, you could save up to, and in some cases beyond, £250!
Some manufacturers do not allow you to save money in this way as they
only sell entire systems.

Terms and Conditions
- All costs for full systems or components must be paid
up front.
- Service/labour charges must be paid on collection.
- Motherboard (main board) upgrades are charged at the
rate of PC builds because of the scale of work involved.
